Friendly staff & clean rooms. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired.
Vending machine empty, no water in the room,.. thirsty night.. Shower water pressure on 3rd floor could probably best be expressed in hundredths of an inch
◇○□° The Location of this Hotel is in a great area near stores and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Also, FREE INTERNET. Awesome Customer Service that greets you with a smile and welcome you as if you are a celebrity. I must say, the energy and vibe was so high and it felt great and warming the room were Comfortable with a very soft bed clean room and Well Equipped. The breakfast in the morning taste excellent and fresh. Clean eating area and very relaxing too. Passable Fitness room that clean to. The indoor pool area were clean and warm water to swim in as well. Once again thank you for treating me great....
The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!
Clean and updated rooms. Nice staff hot breakfast. Only problem 2x in a row was noisy people drinking outside our window in the early hours of the morning. We Asked when checking in the second time to not be on that side of the building but the guy put us in the next room down the hallway. We won't let that happen again because we do like staying here.
This hotel was just started with new management 3 weeks ago. I won't lie...when we pulled in I was not thrilled about how the outside appeared, but don't be fooled. Other than some dated carpet, they seem to have worked hard to get it looking nice. The lobby is nicely done with 4 breakfast tables & a small TV (although I don't think I've ever noticed the TV being on). Breakfast consisted of mini muffins, plain bagels, Twix yogurt, Frosted Flakes, & Raisin Bran, milk, coffee, & OJ. The front desk staff is friendly & helpful. The indoor pool is closed for renovations & hopefully that gets done soon. We stayed on the 2nd floor (they keep the 1st floor open for those with pets) & worked days so we never were disturbed by any construction noise. There is a working elevator but the snack machine was empty. If I come back, I would have no problem staying here.
Great service the staff are very friendly. This is the best hotel to visit or just to get away from home. Jay the manager is compassionate about the business I will be back again. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know including my family
Part of me wants to gatekeep because I think we stumbled on an amazing secret. We booked this particular hotel because of location and price. Zero expectations of it due to some of the reviews on Priceline. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and the room with jacuzzi was beyond fabulous. When I say the tub, separate shower and bathroom was spotless. The jets in the tub even appeared to have been scrubbed is how clean. I’m usually pretty icked out by a hotel jacuzzi, but this one I had no problem getting into. When coming for a game, this will forever be our spot!
